The festival includes ice carving competitions and demonstrations. At 7:00pm you can see the Fire & Ice Tower display, 20 blocks of ice stacking into a tower and then lit from the inside with fire. Plan to arrive early as most of the ice carving and demonstrations occur during the afternoon and early evening. During the evening hours, the ice sculptures created during the day will be illuminated. Visit Medina's website for more information about the event.
