Imagine my delight when I discovered Pumpkin Spice powdered creamer. It is a perfect addition to our Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix and makes a wonderful Pumpkin Chai Tea.
How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Chai Tea
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups Pumpkin Spice powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp white pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Place 1-2 cups in a blender and grind into a fine powder. Repeat with the remaining mix. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. When ready to drink, add 2-3 tablespoons to 4-6oz of of hot water. Enjoy!
