Throughout the entire performance both of my kids watched in amazement with wide eyes and open mouths, clearly in awe of what they were seeing.
Picture's from Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Dragon's
Because the arena was dark and there were various bright lights coming from all directions, the pictures aren't the best quality, but I hope you still enjoy them.
The All-Access Preshow
An hour before the main performance starts all ticket holders were able to go out onto the arena floor to meet some of the performers, interactive with the clowns, watch one of the elephant's pant a picture and participate in a variety of activities. My kids loved getting the circus temporary tattoos, sitting on a motorcycle and watching the clowns.
The Flying Caceres Trapeze Performance
I had never seen a double trapeze before, and this one did not disappoint. The performers effortlessly took to the air completing a variety of flips, somersaults and twirls.
Alexander Lacy's Lion's & Tigers
My son loves lions and tigers so this part of the show was especially thrilling for him. It was amazing to watch the cats respond to Alexander's commands and requests. I'm quite certain the teeth baring and paw swatting were part of the performance, but I was still on the edge of my seat the entire time.
Torres Family 8 Motorcycles in a Ball
We were in awe when 5 motorcyclist all drove in the 16 ft steel ball, then they added another, and another and another! Until there were eight motorcycles driving at full speed in the ball.
The Circus Elephants
Elephants are such amazing creatures and watching them parade onto the floor was quite the spectacle.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed all 2 1/2 hours of the show. In addition to the performances I mentioned above the show also included many clowns, an impressive martial arts display, acrobatics, horseback riding with numerous stunts, animal tricks & performances, motorcycle tricks on a high-wire and more.
If you missed out on the Ringling Brother's and Barnum & Bail Circus this year, I highly suggest making the trip when they come back on tour next year.
Disclosure: This was not a paid post. Many thanks to Feld Entertainment who provided tickets for my family and for the previous ticket giveaway.
