A new Tricks and Treats Fall Fest will take the place of HalloWeekends for 2020 only, and has been designed with unique entertainment, food and activities for all ages. Register for Painesville Fall Fest Activity Bags
Painesville Fall Fest may be canceled due to Covid-19 restrictions, but that's not going to stop the fall fun! Painesville Recreation has 300 Fall Fest Activity Bags available to Painesville City residents. Each bag includes a mini pumpkin and paint, haunted birdhouse craft, slime kit, kids activity book, and a treat bag full of goodies. Bags will be delivered to your door the week of October 19-23. This is a fun, creative, hands-on project time for the whole family. Beech Creek Gardens supplies the pumpkins, you prepare, design, and carve the pumpkins. The carved pumpkins will be kept here at Beech Creek Gardens and on display every night during their Spooky Science event. Help husk, shell and grind the corn or plow behind draft horses while younger visitors make handmade corn husk dolls and paint pumpkins. Hudson Fairy Door Trick-or-Treat: Find Fairy Doors Hidden All Around Hudson
Did you know that there are more than 30 fairy doors hidden in Hudson just waiting for you to discover? The Hudson Fairy Doors project is an initiative created to inspire and strengthen the community through art and imagination.

From October 15-31, 2020, costumed children are invited to search for fairy doors that are decorated with pumpkins. If the fairy has placed a pumpkin (any size, real or faux) outside its fairy door, masked children are invited into that local business for a Halloween treat (during normal business hours). Did you know that there are more than 30 fairy doors hidden in Hudson just waiting for you to discover? The Hudson Fairy Doors project is an initiative created to inspire and strengthen the community through art and imagination.

From October 15-31, 2020, costumed children are invited to search for fairy doors that are decorated with pumpkins.
