Get Creative with some St Patrick's Day Crafts – Visit a local paint your own pottery studio or create art at home like this rainbow using Pointillism art or a 4 leaf clover paper mosaic.
Paint and hide rocks – Grab some supplies and get your creative juices flowing! Try painting a St. Patrick Day themed rock with a 4 leaf clover, rainbow, or pot of gold design, and then hide them around your neighborhood or nearby park for others to discover.
Find a Playground – Play and try the zip line at Kids Quarters Park in Brecksville, head to the fire station-themed playground at KidStation in Stow, or slide down the two-story slide at Orange Village Park.
Search for Beach Glass – See if you can find a treasure at the end of the rainbow. Or at least some Lake Erie Beach Glass. Maybe you'll have the luck of the Irish and find a green marble!
Go on a Hike – Visit the Ledges Trail in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, try one of the three trails at Seiberling Nature Realm, or navigate the Jackson Bog Trail. Bonus: Look for 4 leaf clovers while you are out!
Conduct some Cool Science Experiments – Perhaps a few St. Patrick's Themed Science Experiments including Rainbow in a jar or Color Changing Walking Water (it ends up turning green!)
Head to the Library – Browse through the selection of books and check out one (or more) about St. Patrick's Day or Leprechauns. Stop by a nearby bakery and pick up a sweet treat to enjoy while reading at home.
