That’s right, free fun all summer!
Kids Bowl Free is a nationwide program that provides FREE games of bowling for kids all summer long. There are 17 bowling alley’s in Northeast Ohio offering free bowling and some start May 1!
Step 1 – Find a participating bowling alley near you.
Step 2 – Complete the form to register your kids for two free games each day all summer long.
Step 3 – Have fun bowling!
Plus, you can also purchase a family pass that allows you to bowl with your kids!

Head to the inclusive playground at Neura Park. Let imaginations soar at Preston’s Hope Playground. Visit the inclusive Miracle League Playground and watch a Lake County Captains baseball game. Walk the paved trail, play on the playground and watch the ducks and geese at Price park in North Canton.

Get pictures at Umbrella Alley
Over 200 colorful umbrellas fill the sky above the alley and murals line the walls. Grab a coffee or sweet treat at one of the nearby restaurants and relax at one of the colorful tables as the umbrellas move in the breeze above. Let the kids play in the splash pad at the nearby Aljancic Park or head to the HUGE castle playground and walking trails at Metzger Park.

Go on a Canal Boat Ride
Step back in time to the 1830s and experience life next to a canal. During the 1 hour ride, you will learn all about the canal and the history around it. If you get there early, you can watch the horses get ready! There is also a nearby playground and plenty of unique things to do in Canal Fulton (ice cream, shops, restaurants and coffee shops) all within walking distance.

Check out the Trains at the Age of Steam Roundhouse
Train lovers will really enjoy a guided tour of this full-size working roundhouse. The roundhouse itself is a fully-functional workshop complete with 18 stalls, a 115-foot turntable, and a turntable pit for their 22 historic steam locomotives. Best suited for school-age children and older. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome on tours, children under 3 are free. They even offer a family tour that’s a little shorter and includes a fun craft to work on.

Visit West Falls in Cascade Park
Park in the main parking lot, and let the kids enjoy some time of the large playground. Then set out on the trail that runs along the river to the overlook area. Right before reaching the overlook you’ll come to an abandoned bridge with a small trail beside it. That trail leads down to the base of the waterfall. You can also continue along the main trail to reach the overlook. While in the area, make the short drive to East Falls parking lot to see another waterfall.
